Contractual Partner and Scope
All activities and purchases regarding this online-shop underly these general business terms and conditions. Contractual partners are:
The company Dirty Deeds (44 Promotion), Owner: Carsten Schlote,Kreuzbergring 64, 37075 Goettingen (hereinafter referred to as "Dirty Deeds" ) and the customer.
All deliveries and services are exclusively based on the following terms and conditions in their time of ordering current version.
Other than the provisions contained herein are only effectively with the express written agreement between Dirty Deeds and the respective customers.

Offer and final contract
The presentation of the goods on the online store is not binding offer of the provider to conclude a purchase treaty. The customer is thus merely asked to order goods.
By sending the order in the online shop, the customer is showing his binding intention to purchase the products in his cart. By submitting the order, the customer accepts these conditions.
Dirty Deeds confirmes receipt by sending an order confirmation e-mail to the customer. This confirmation is not yet accepting the contract offer by Dirty Deeds, it merely serves to inform the customer that the order is received. The declaration of acceptance of the contract offer is made by the delivery of the goods or an explicit declaration of acceptance.
In the case of non-availability of the ordered goods, the customer is informed immediately. Already made payments will be promptly returned.

Revocation, cancellation, revocation consequences
Revocation for consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB Cancellation:
You can cancel your contract declaration within 2 weeks without giving reasons in written form (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if you have the matter before the deadline will be - by returning the goods. Consequences
In case of an effective withdrawal the benefits received by each party are returned and any uses surrendered. Can you give us the performance received wholly or partly not, or only in deteriorated condition, you will be obliged to compensate the value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the case solely on their test - how about you in a shop would have been possible - is due. In addition, you can value the obligation to substitute for a hortatory intended by the resulting deterioration of the matter avoid using the thing as your property is not in use and refrain from anything which could impair their value. Parcel things are back at our risk. You have the cost of returning to bear if the delivered goods ordered and if the price of the case returned an amount not exceeding 40 euros or if you are at a higher price the thing at the time of revocation is not yet the consideration or a contract agreed to have installment. Otherwise, the return for you free of charge. Obligations to refund payments should be made within 30 days met. The deadline for you begins with the dispatch of your statement or revocation of things for us with their reception.

Prices
The price data for consumer prices are including 19% VAT in euros. For dealer accounts are the net merchandise trade prices in euros. We reserve prices-changes and mistakes.
Not included in the price of delivery and shipping, this is separately charged and dependent on the weight of the order.

Pickup
All offered articles can be picked up and paid cash at Kinky Custom Tattoo, Goethe Allee 2, 37073 Goettingen (www.kinky-tattoo.de).

Shipping
The shipping costs are dependent on the total weight of the order and are automatically identified by the shop system in the process of order.
For cash on delivery (available just in Germany) are also 4, - EUR delivery fee and 2, - EUR transfer fee for the deliverer.
Free shipping: From an order of 120, - EUR we don't calculate shipping and packing costs for deliveries within Germany.

Delivery
The delivery is done  to customers delivery address.
Goods we will have on stock is shipped within the next two working days (after receipt of payment in advance or purchase date of delivery). After the order we send a confirmation e-mail and again a mail, as soon as the order  was passed to delivery.
The service is basically with DHL / Deutsche Post.

Deliveries Abroad
The shipping costs are dependent on the total weight of the order and are automatically identified by the shop system in the process of order.

Payment
The payment of the purchase price is payable with the conclusion of the contract.

Once the money is received, the order will be shipped. If within three weeks of the due amount is not received, the order is canceled. The customer is only entitled to set-off if his claim is undisputed or legally established.

Retention of title
The ordered goods remain property of Dirty Deeds until the date of full payment.

Warranty
If there are found transport-damage to the goods, the customer has to claim immediately against the shipping-company. All other apparent damages are to claim the latest within 7 days after receipt of the goods to us in written form.
We are not liable for defects as a result of faulty handling, or normal wear and tear by foreign influence arose.
Ensuring the rights of customers depend on the general statutory provisions, unless otherwise specified. Claims for the customer to the supplier is the provision in Section 11 of the GTC.
The limitation period for warranty claims of customers is among consumers in newly manufactured things 2 years. Compared to entrepreneurs, the limitation period for newly manufactured objects 1 year. The above shortening the period of limitation does not apply to damages claims by the customers due to injury of life, limb, health, as well as for damage claims due to a violation of essential contractual obligations. Major contractual obligations are those whose performance to achieve the objective of the treaty is necessary. The above shortening the period of limitation also does not apply to claims for damages, based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty of the provider, his legal representative or vicarious agents.
A guarantee from the provider is not accepted.

Disclaimer
Claims of the customer are excluded, unless otherwise specified. The disclaimer applies also for the benefit of legal representatives and agents of the provider, if the customer claims against these.
From the disclaimer excluded are claims for damages due to injury of life, limb, health and claims for damages from a breach of essential contractual obligations. Major contractual obligations are those whose performance to achieve the objective of the treaty is necessary. From the disclaimer is also excluded liability for damages caused by an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty of the provider, his legal representative or vicarious agents.
Provisions of the Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG) remain unaffected.

Privacy
This Privacy Policy applies to all interactions with our online offerings.
The processing is done in accordance with applicable federal data set (BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG).
All data received by the customer will only be collected and processed as required for the implementation of the purchase agreement and the further business relationship (service delivery, billing) between the customer and Dirty Deeds as far as it is necessary.
 These Data are your name, address, telephone number, email address and password.
 We give without your explicit consent, no personal data. Except we are obliged to do for legal reasons.
 You can get the stored data at any time via e-mail requests under service@kinkycustom.com.
If you wish to receive the Kinky Custom-newsletter, we need a valid e-mail address and the confirmation that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address, or whose holder agrees to receive the newsletter. Further data are not collected. Your consent for storing the data, the e-mail address as well as their use for sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time.

Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
On the contractual relationship between Dirty Deeds and the customer finds the right of the Federal Republic of Germany. The application of the CISG is excluded.
The venue for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship between the customer and the provider is the seat of the supplier (Goettingen, Germany), unless the client is a businessman, a legal entity governed by public law or public law applies.

Severability
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
